Therapy can help if you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, anxious, depressed, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting personal growth.
After the free 15 min consult and you have decided to move forward with therapy, the first session is where we discuss your concerns, goals, history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will complete your assessment at this time.
Yes. Information shared in therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law, such as concerns about imminent safety, abuse reporting requirements, or court orders.
How often we meet varies depending on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Most clients meet once per week or once per every two weeks.
I currently take United Healthcare and I will take SIHO effective August 1, 2026.
If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and will depend on your specific insurance benefits and coverage.
All major credit cards are accepted through the client portal.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of illness, family emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you expect to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I have not received notice that you will be arriving late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable missed appointment fee.
